We welcome responsible guests seeking to enjoy the finest that Palm Beach offers in a serene and upscale setting. This recently renovated property features all new furniture accessories. The designer kitchen is and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the property. Spectacular private terrace features golf course views. The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay. There is free parking within the gated community next to the property. Trucks or pick up trucks are not permitted within the community. Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 King bed and 2 Double beds (1 Restoration Hardware double over double bunks). Guest get access to the Heated Community Pool and Tennis Courts and Playground at PGA National Park. Guests do not have access to PGA Resort Amenities or PGA Golf Courses. The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy.

Terms & Conditions

Only passenger cars and passenger vans may be parked in the open. All other vehicles must be parked off PGA National premises. Pick-Up Trucks and work trucks and any vehicles with lettering on the exterior are not permitted. The only pet allowed is one dog under 25 pounds. We have a 24 hour security. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. The earliest you can access the property is 3pm.
