Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Double Beds (1 Double Bunk Bed) Housekeeping: Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $395 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

We have a 24 hour security. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you book for at the time you make your booking. Cancellation policy: Grace period: guests should cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Guests should cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund. If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the guest pays 50% of the booking cost. If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund. Prepayment: 50% of the booking cost.Second payment: Will be automatically collected 30 days before check-in.
